Stacy-Ann Gooden is an Emmy Award-winning meteorologist with more than 20 years of experience delivering weather forecasts in New York City.

She also specializes in weather consulting and climate reporting, where she combines scientific expertise with clear communication to help audiences better understand the world around them.

Throughout her career, Gooden has worked on-air at some of the most respected local television stations including, WNYW Fox 5, News 12 Networks, Spectrum News NY1, and PIX11. Her experience also extends to national television, where she provided weather coverage and expert analysis for NBC and WCBS Networks.

She has covered some of the nation's most significant weather events, including hurricanes, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, flooding events, and other high-impact weather systems affecting millions of people. Stacy-Ann’s ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, understandable forecasts has made her a trusted source of information for viewers, clients, and colleagues alike. 

Gooden’s educational background reflects both her passion for communication and her commitment to the science of meteorology. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University and later completed the Geoscience Meteorology Program at Mississippi State University.

In recognition of her expertise and dedication to public service, she was awarded the National Weather Association Seal of Approval, an honor bestowed upon broadcasters who demonstrate excellence in meteorological communication and forecasting.
